The company specializes in recycling and renewable energy. The company has established joint company with local companies from Laos and Thailand in 2012, the company ITL - International Environment Group CO LTD.
ITL Company specializes in recycling, industrial waste treatment and converting waste to energy. The company's plant is located in Vientiane, which is the capital city of Laos; the joint company holds an exclusivity concession on all the Municipality Waste in Vientiane's landfill for 50 years. The landfill handles more than 500 tons of municipal solid waste (MSW) per day.
The recycling plant will includes two recycle lines that will handle:
- Converting plastic waste to fuel by pyrolysis (PTF).
- Sorting and recycling valuable recyclable materials.
- Composting area to handle organic waste.
The plant is using an advanced pyrolysis technology, in which plastic waste is depolymerized into a mixture of single and linear chain hydrocarbons; the product that obtained at the end of the process is fuel.
This pyrolysis technology is compliant with international requirements, regulations and standards.
The operational ability of the facility recovers and converts the energy required to operate the facility from the process itself, in a controlled and supervised manner. Using and ensuring green technologies management, which leads to a commercial scale production while minimizing the environmental implications - ecosystems.
This joint venture is prominent for BMG’s vision, both in terms of its ecological implications and in terms of the development of energy industries in a developing country such as Laos in order to:
- Creating Jobs for the local Vientiane people.
- Waste management and green recycling methods, in compliance with international standards.
- Reducing the amount of gas emissions increasing the “greenhouse effect”.
- Strengthening trade relations between Laos and Israel.
